GCAL Diamond Certificate

When determining the quality of any gemstone, it is wise to consider obtaining a second opinion. A Gem Certification and Appraisal Lab (GCAL) can effectively serve this purpose.

Popularly known as GCAL, this institution works to verify the quality and grade of a diamond to authenticate any report provided by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or Advanced Gem Laboratory (AGL).

Backed by the expertise and experience of well-trained diamond graders, a GCAL will first evaluate the diamonds using some of the most sophisticated and up-to-date instruments available on the market. The GCAL will then verify that the stone meets all specific quality requirements.

The laboratory then issues a certificate of authenticity. The certificate confirms that each diamond tested meets the grades and measurements noted in the GIA or AGL grading report and that they are within the recognized gemological tolerances. This process enables the GCAL to provide you with a second authoritative analysis of your diamond.
